Digital goods (eBooks and audiobooks) are delivered within minutes by an email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address used for the order. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes. If you have Gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.

Your eBook can be read on a variety of devices.
For eBooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.
Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of first purchase. In this case, the duplicate item will be refunded. Please notify us within 14 days of your order.

Print books are printed and packed by BookVault. Books are shipped worldwide.
If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, please contact:
[email protected] within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
At checkout, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person if you provide the wrong information.
